You are hereby advised of the following copyright and reproduction rights:

  1. The brand name ‘Mytrademartstore’ owned by Relev Tech Sdn. Bhd. (referred to as “the Company”) carries inhouse and approved supplier’s and partner’s products and all other product names and marks and the stylized registered trademarks of the same are exclusive property of Mytrademartstore and shall not at any time now or in the future be used for any purpose without express written consent and approval of Relev Tech Sdn Bhd. or Mytrademartstore. All rights not otherwise claimed under these Terms and Conditions or by the Company are hereby reserved.
  2. All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Platform, information content on the Platform and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logo, software, photos, video, music, sound, product and business names, tagline, inventions, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”) shall remain our property or where applicable. The entire contents of the Platform also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Malaysia copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved and are strictly prohibited from undertaking any unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks.
  3. No part or parts of the Platform may be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, separated, altered, distributed, recreated, republished, displayed, broadcasted, hyperlinked, mirrored, framed, transferred or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system or installed on any servers, system or equipment any Intellectual Property without our prior written permission or that of the relevant Intellectual Property owners. No party accessing the Platform shall claim any right, title or interest therein. Permission will only be granted to you to copy, download, print or use the Intellectual Property for personal and non-commercial uses, provided that you do not modify the Intellectual Property and that we or the relevant copyright owners retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials.
  4. Any adaptation or copying of the same or copying any contents of the website www.mytrademartstore.com is not permitted unless a written consent has been obtained. You may not use any material from the website for business or commercial purposes or publication of any kind. However, a license may be given to copy some for personal use in limited circumstances such as given below:

For the purpose of showing others your purchase/s of specific Mytrademartstore product/s you may take a print of it for such and other personal use which can be deemed as reasonable for such purpose only. You have to acknowledge that this material and/or content has been obtained from the Mytrademartstore.com site.
  2. If a print of any material is obtained to be given to any third party also for their personal use only or for purchasing products from the Mytrademartstore website, you must advise the third party that this has been obtained from the www.mytrademartstore.com.my site and the terms and conditions applicable.
  3. However, in either of the above circumstances or otherwise, the license does not allow the use of the contents of the www.mytrademartstore.com website for publication or for business or/and commercial purposes or to be sent to another party or parties for such purposes either via email, hardcopy or other method.
  4. Infringements. Any person may protect their rights by contacting the mytrademartstore or Relev Tech Sdn Bhd in the event their copyright or other intellectual property has been infringed or violated on the Website by any person. Pursuant to the same, mytrademartstore may at its sole and absolute discretion take down the Product listing, information, specification and/or photograph complained of and suspend sales of the corresponding Products until such time that the Company at its sole and absolute discretion deems that evidence provided is sufficient to prove that the complaints and/or that the alleged claims are invalid.
  5. Ownership of Photographs or Videos of Products Arranged by the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, the Intellectual Property Rights in any photographs or videos of Products which are arranged by and/or taken by mytrademartstore part of any additional support under the services shall vest in the Company.
  6. Affiliates. In order to boost sales, information regarding Products displayed for sale by any Member on the Website may be disclosed to the Company's affiliated third parties, including websites and blogs owned by and / or affiliated to such third party, and any such disclosure shall be subject to a separate Seller Agreement and the Terms and Conditions. As a default rule, such request should be made in writing and consent and /or approvals must be obtained prior to.
  7. Indemnity. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company Relev Tech Sdn Bhd and Mytrademartstore and its directors and employees from all actions, claims and demands which may be instituted or made against you arising from your use of Intellectual Property Rights or violation of any applicable intellectual property laws.
  8. Claims from a Third Party. Where you have received claims from a third party that your postings made on the Website infringe or violate the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party or the contents of such postings are open to any other form of attack whether related or unrelated to a legal action, you shall to the furthest extent possible exempt and not involve Relev Tech and or mytrademartstore, its directors and employees, and the Website from and in such claims.
  9. You shall notify Relev Tech and/or mytrademartstore as soon as practicable of any complaints or alleged claims of infringement of Intellectual Property Rights by any third party. All losses and costs to the Company, its directors and employees and / or the Website arising from your use of any Intellectual Property Rights must shall be fully compensated by you.
  10. If you post content or submit material to the Website, and unless Relev Tech and/or mytrademartstore indicates otherwise, you are deemed to have a granted the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
