- Order Cancellation / Refund / Exchange Policy
Before you confirm your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart / basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be processed, entering the delivery information immediately.
We advise that you carefully review and modify your order prior to payment submission. Once your order has been received, it has been entered into the delivery process and no further changes can be made.
We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we accept your return under the below conditions and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item/product must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be accompanied with the item/product upon return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are perishable, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Relev Tech Sdn Bhd doesn't arrange for pick-up services. All customers are responsible to return the product(s) and incur the return shipping charges for incorrect product exchange with the correct product(s).
However, if the product/product(s) are out of stock, then a refund is made for the full amount paid and you will be notified via email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are shipping an item over MYR100 (currency of where the item is purchased from), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the terms herein or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Arbitration of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration. The appointing authority shall be the KLRCA. The number of arbitrators shall not be more than 2. The place of arbitration shall be Malaysia. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The law applicable to this contract shall be Malaysian law.
- Choice of Law/Forum Selection
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia excluding its conflict of law rules. For any action where the Arbitration Agreement permits the parties to litigate in court, you further expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in Malaysia.
- Force Majeure
Relev Tech Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance hereunder which may be due, in whole or in part, to fire, explosion, earthquake, storm, flood, drought, or other adverse weather condition, accident, casualty, breakdown of machinery or facilities, strike, lockout, combination of workmen or other labor difficulties (from whatever cause arising, and whether or not the demands of the employees are reasonable or within Relev Tech’s power to grant), war, global pandemic, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riot, act of God or the public enemy, law, act, order, proclamation, decree, regulation, ordinance, instruction or request of Government or other public authorities, judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, delay or failure of carriers, shippers or contractors, labor shortage or inability to obtain transportation, equipment, operating materials, plant equipment or materials required for our performance, curtailment or suspension of operations to remedy or avoid an actual or alleged violation or violations of Federal, State or local law, as may be in effect from time to time during the Agreement period, or any contingency or delay or failure or cause of any nature beyond the reasonable control of Relec Tech, whether or not of the kind hereinabove specified and whether or not any such contingency is presently occurring or occurs in the future. Relev Tech shall give notice of any force majeure event as soon as reasonably practicable by giving notice to your administrative email account.
- Severability
The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be interpreted in a manner which makes them valid, legal, and enforceable. In the event any provision is found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. It is expressly understood and agreed between the parties that such modification or restriction may be accomplished unilaterally by Relev Tech Sdn Bhd, or alternatively, by disposition of an arbitrator or a court of law in Malaysia. If such provisions cannot under any circumstances be so modified or restricted, they shall be excised from the Terms of Use without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
AUTHORIZED PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Terms are terms that apply to the use of Payment Methods. You can decide whether or not to use a Payment Method. However, if you use a Payment Method, you accept and agree to the terms applicable to that Payment Method, which will form part of your agreement with Revel Tech.
- Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and Master Debit.
Credit card processing is done in real time via PayPal. Once the payment processing is completed at PayPal, the status of the order is marked as paid. The order is shipped after the payment is received. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
- PayPal
PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on https://www.mytrademartstore.com. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. - Stripe
Payment processing for Services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Service Agreement”). By agreeing to this Agreement or continuing to operate as a User on the Services, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Service Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of mytrademartstore enabling payment processing service through Stripe, you agree to provide Relev Tech Sdn Bhd, accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Relev Tech Sdn Bhd to share it and transaction information (including User Data) related to your use of the payment processing Service provided by Stripe.
- FPX
FPX is a payment method offered by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“PayNet”) that allows you to make payments directly from your bank accounts via online banking at any of FPX participating banks located within Malaysia (“FPX” or “FPX Services”).
By using FPX via Stripe you agree to comply with the that Stripe is required to pass down from PayNet (collectively the “FPX Terms”). The FPX Terms supplement the provisions of the Stripe Services Agreement. Terms used but not defined shall have the meaning set forth in the Stripe Services Agreement.

Before you confirm your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart / basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be processed, entering the delivery information immediately.

Relev Tech Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance hereunder which may be due, in whole or in part, to fire, explosion, earthquake, storm, flood, drought, or other adverse weather condition, accident, casualty, breakdown of machinery or facilities, strike, lockout, combination of workmen or other labor difficulties (from whatever cause arising, and whether or not the demands of the employees are reasonable or within Relev Tech’s power to grant), war, global pandemic, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riot, act of God or the public enemy, law, act, order, proclamation, decree, regulation, ordinance, instruction or request of Government or other public authorities, judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, delay or failure of carriers, shippers or contractors, labor shortage or inability to obtain transportation, equipment, operating materials, plant equipment or materials required for our performance, curtailment or suspension of operations to remedy or avoid an actual or alleged violation or violations of Federal, State or local law, as may be in effect from time to time during the Agreement period, or any contingency or delay or failure or cause of any nature beyond the reasonable control of Relec Tech, whether or not of the kind hereinabove specified and whether or not any such contingency is presently occurring or occurs in the future. Relev Tech shall give notice of any force majeure event as soon as reasonably practicable by giving notice to your administrative email account.

The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be interpreted in a manner which makes them valid, legal, and enforceable. In the event any provision is found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. - "Mytrademartstore” Membership Account/ Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program” means a unique account created for every Mytrademartstore account member during the member’s (online / offline) enrolment into the Loyalty Points Rewards Program. Mytrademartstore Account Membership is where Loyalty Points will be accumulated for accrual and redemption.
- "Mytrademartstore Account Member(s)” means a Mytrademartstore customer, who is enrolled as a member of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points holding a valid Mytrademartstore account/membership number. Membership to the program is governed by these rules set by Relev Tech for this program which are subject to change.
- "Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program” means a Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards Program account issued to a Mytrademartstore Account Member by Relev Tech where a unique membership number is given to every Mytrademartstore customer.
- “Mytrademartstore Account Membership Number” means a 10-digit mobile number or an email address provided to Mytrademartstore at the time of signing up/ enrolment or afterwards for registration or linking of his/her Mytrademartstore account membership for accrual and / or redemption of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points.
- "Mytrademartstore Loyalty Point(s)" is the unit currency of the program. Mytrademartstore Account Members are awarded Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points for earned activities carried out by the Mytrademartstore Account Member within the Mytrademartstore’s online store.
- "Mytrademartstore Loyalty Network" means all the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Partners/Suppliers (if any).
- "Mytrademartstore Loyalty Partner(s)/Supplier(s)" means any or all the present or future entities, partners, shops, affiliated companies and other participating establishments in the program whether with online or offline presence, in agreement with Relev Tech, where members can accumulate Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points for purchase of goods, products and services.
- "Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards" means the rewards as enlisted by the rewards supplier in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog as communicated from time to time.
- "Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog" means the periodical rewards list published online and maintained by Relev Tech or by its management companies for the program, containing the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards currently available in the program and the number of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points required for them.
- "Program” means the Mytrademartstore sole /multi-partners loyalty program, managed and operated by Relev Tech offering benefits, facilities or arrangements to Mytrademartstore Account Members by reason of their membership into Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points program, whereby Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points are accumulated on every earned activity made by Mytrademartstore Account Members within Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points program or network and such Mytrademartstore Loyalty points may be used by the Mytrademartstore Account Member for redemption of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points through the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog and Redemption at Mytrademartstore and/or its Suppliers/Partners (if any).
- "Redemption" means any activity, which results in exchange of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points by a Mytrademartstore Account Member for Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards at Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog or at Mytrademartstore and/or its Suppliers/Partners (if any).
- “Promotional Activities” shall include, but will not be limited to the sale/ promotion, and / or marketing of the loyalty program, loyalty points, loyalty Benefits, through online publications, direct mailers, direct solicitation, web-based activities, mobile device solutions, and / or any other means that may be made available to promote, but will not limited to Mytrademartstore, its Suppliers/Partners, its Promotion and Media Partners, its Vendors (if any).
- "Supplier" and/or “Partner” shall mean an independent third party responsible for the purchase and sale of the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points to the Mytrademartstore Account Members.
- "Working Days” means the period from Monday to Friday.
- “Password / PIN” means a unique code created by Mytrademartstore account member to log into his/her Mytrademartstore account or to authenticate his/her transaction during redemption of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points.
2) General Conditions
- The Mytrademartstore Account Member agrees that by using the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points or by entering his/her Mytrademartstore account member number at www.mytrademartstore.com. he/she is deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Program and agrees to be contacted by the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program customer service team or its sales personnel for the purpose of its promotional activities (SMS, Email, Social campaigns, etc.), and confirms that he/she is bound by these terms and conditions and any changes to it from time to time and such other terms as specified from Relev Tech from time to time.
- Membership into Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program is voluntary.
- Mytrademartstore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on www.mytrademartstore.com. Members’ continued holding of the Mytrademartstore Membership Account following the posting of changes on www.mytrademartstore.com will indicate their acceptance of changes.
- Mytrademartstore membership is valid for lifetime of the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program unless terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Membership Account is not a payment medium or payment instrument.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Membership is non-transferable, except as specified in this terms and conditions. Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points are non-negotiable, nonredeemable by cash and cannot be gifted, awarded or rewarded to any other person than the Mytrademartstore Account Member himself/herself.
- Mytrademartstore Account Members will be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from the provision or availability of benefits, facilities or arrangements provided or made available to a Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Porgram Member, by Mytrademartstore or its Suppliers and/or Partners (if any), as a result of his/her membership in the Program.
- The Mytrademartstore account membership at all times remains the property of Relev Tech, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to such member to deactivate the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Membership. The Mytrademartstore Member must return or destroy his/her Mytrademartstore Loyalty accounts and points (virtual) without delay whenever requested by Relev Tech and in such circumstances, cannot redeem the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points, which will automatically expire.
- The Program of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points may be modified at the sole discretion of Relev Tech from time to time without intimation to the Mytrademartstore Account Member.
- Relev Tech shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
- A waiver of any of the terms and conditions by Relev Tech shall not be deemed to be a continuing waiver but shall apply solely to the instances to which the waiver is directed.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points shall be accepted only to the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program Members at www.mytrademartstore.com. Relev Tech can at any time without intimation to the Mytrademartstore Account Members add and / or delete Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Supplier and/or Partners (if any) from such list. The same shall be updated on www.mytrademartstore.com
- If there are any change in the contact details (mobile number/ email id/ address) of a Mytrademartstore Account Member from what has been registered with Mytrademartstore, the member must update the respective contact details with Mytrademartstore immediately either through the Mytrademartstore website, contact the customer service or any other channels to avoid any misuse of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points. Relev Tech shall not be liable for any loss of points or other relevant damages incurred by the member if necessary details are not updated with Mytrademartstore on time.
- All Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points dispute complaints older than 30 Working Days from the date of the transaction will not be entertained. The Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Member must provide proof of transaction as required to register any Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points dispute.
- The Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Member acknowledges and understands that Mytrademartstore is merely an intermediary and does not assume any liability or acquire any right, title or interest in the Rewards. Mytrademartstore is only engaged in the management of the Rewards displayed in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog.
3) What are MyTrademartstore Loyalty Points?
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program are our official virtual points collection that is created to reward our Mytrademartstore Account Members with more savings in their next order or use the earned points to redeem for products/vouchers/ coupons/ services subject to the terms and conditions; to be used in their orders so long as they still hold a membership with Mytrademartstore.
- One Mytrademartstore Loyalty Point is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (MYR1) and will be awarded in accumulation of total amount spent for each transacted activity on Mytrademartstore website (and Mobile App). Points that are accrued during a transaction will turn active and will become redeemable immediately.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account and the points will expire in the following order:
- Every quarter, at the end of the fourth month of when the accrued points have become active. For example, if 50 points were accrued, received and became active on 1st January, half of the points (25 points) from this accrued transaction will expire on 30th April. The other half, if not redeemed, will expire on 31st August.
- Members may check his/her earned, used and balance points and expiry date under your My Account > My Loyalty History tab.
- Points accrued from a transaction will become invalid if the member were to return/ seek a refund/exchange the purchase.
4) Enrolment in the Program
- A Member represent that he/she is at least 18 years of age, and warrants that he/she have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the Terms and Conditions as part of this Agreement. Finally, a Member shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent his/her identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. A Member is responsible to share correct communication details with Mytrademartstore at the time of enrolling into the Program.
- Prospective Mytrademartstore Account Members can enroll into the Program through a referral of an existing Mytrademartstore Loyalty Account Member/customer on Mytrademartstore’s website.
- Relev Tech and/or Mytrademartstore shall reserve the right to issue the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Membership Account only to those members/customers, who fulfil Mytrademartstore Loyalty’s eligibility criteria for issuance of the Mytrademartstore account membership and fulfil / comply with the requirements as may be specified under the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program. Mytrademartstore shall be under no obligation to issue a Mytrademartstore Account Membership to a prospective member /customer who do not comply with the agreed eligibility criterion.
- Each Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Member can have a maximum of ONE Mytrademartstore Account Membership at any point in time, unless otherwise specified. If a Mytrademartstore Account Member is found to have multiple accounts /or memberships in the Program, Relev Tech and/or Mytrademartstore may choose to restrict any of the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Account/ Membership.
5) Earning and Accruing of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points
- Mytrademartstore Account Members can earn and accrue Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points through a successful completed transaction on Mytrademartstore’s website for the purchase of products/ goods and/or services paid by credit/debit card, online payment through online banking, e-wallet, or any other means of payment agreed upon by Relev Tech and/or Mytrademartstore.
- When a new member joins and completes his/her sign up to activate Mytrademartstore Account Membership, Mytrademartstore Account Member would be automatically credited with 10 points into Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program, which then can be redeemed as soon as the points become active. Mytrademartstore Account Member is given a coupon/voucher where he/she would enjoy 10% off the first order of Ringgit Malaysia Forty (MYR40) and above, with a maximum discount value of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (MYR10) on non-sale items. To add on, points can be used to redeem gifts which could be in the form of a product or voucher/coupon. It is advised that members check the terms and conditions contained in the prints of the said coupon/voucher.
Please note that it is the sole discretion and prerogative of Mytrademartstore whether to award a coupon/voucher to members outside of the loyalty program. This would include coupon/voucher awarded for special occasions, referral sign-ups, flash sales applicable under Mytrademartstore’s sales, marketing and promotional activities. - The method of earning Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points from Mytrademartstore is subject to change from time to time. Such changes will be communicated through www.mytrademartstore.com and through any other means of communication as decided by Relev Tech from time to time.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points will not be credited back in the Mytrademartstore Membership Account in case the Mytrademartstore Account Member decides to return the goods/products and/or services, forfeited and unused services or Goods or services acquired by using Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points are accrued in whole. Mytrademartstore Account Members will not be awarded Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points in fractions.
- Complaints on Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points not credited to account from any Mytrademartstore Account Member will be entertained only if the date of transaction is not older than 30 working days. The Mytrademartstore Account Member must provide proof of transaction as required by Relev Tech to register any Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points dispute.
6) Transfer of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points
- At no time can Mytrademartstore Loyalty points be credited to or Mytrademartstore Loyalty rewards request be issued to, purchased by, or sold to or otherwise transferred to any person other than the Mytrademartstore Account Member. Any such Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points or requests for Mytrademartstore Loyalty rewards are void. Any person who commits such act is liable for damages, litigation and related costs to Mytrademartstore Loyalty, which reserves the right, to terminate the Mytrademartstore account membership of the transferor or remove such person from the Mytrademartstore Membership Network or deactivate such transferor’s Mytrademartstore Membership Account.
7) Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Program statement, updates and notices
- Mytrademartstore Account Members can contact the ‘Mytrademartstore Customer Service Center’ numbers or register an inquiry on www.mytrademartstore.com to obtain missing information, clarify or get a summary of their recent transaction and obtain their Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points balance should it not be available through their account log in.
- Any notice, information, intimation, change, modification, alteration of the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog shall be deemed to have been given to the Mytrademartstore Account Member forthwith upon updating www.mytrademartstore.com of such changes, modification, alteration or notice on.
8) Redemption of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points can either be redeemed at the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalog or at the Mytrademartstore’s website subject to the Mytrademartstore Account Member providing the required credentials (i.e. Mytrademartstore Account Member information, Password, Mytrademartstore Account Membership Loyalty Number, etc.)
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue is available at www.mytrademartstore.com) and captures the goods/products and /or services which are available as Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards by a Mytrademartstore Account Member. Redemption on Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue can be done through logging in at www.mytrademartstore.com
- All goods/products and/or services featured in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue are subject to availability and Supplier(s) warranties and conditions at the time of claiming the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards. In case any goods/product and/or service selected by a Mytrademartstore Account Member is not available, Members may proceed to choose / select from the remaining available goods/products and/or services from the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards Catalogue.
- All requests issued for Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards are subject to any statutory regulations, rules and restrictions, if any and the Mytrademartstore Account Member agrees to abide by such statutory regulations, rules and restrictions.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards have no monetary refund value.
- Redeemed Loyalty Points are not exchangeable for other rewards or refundable (except as stated under clause 5.4 of these Terms & Conditions).
9) Termination of Mytrademartstore Account Membership
- A Mytrademartstore Account Member may terminate his/her Mytrademartstore Account Membership by deactivating the ‘Mytrademartstore Account Membership’ and requesting for termination. The Mytrademartstore Account Member shall provide the required credentials vis-a-vis customer information already provided.
- Misuse of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards or the membership benefits may result in termination of the membership or withdrawal of points /benefits at the sole discretion of Relev Tech.
- Disqualification of a Mytrademartstore Account Member, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of Mytrademartstore account membership and cancellation of all Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points. Any Mytrademartstore Account Member so disqualified shall not be entitled to redeem his Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points after such disqualification.
- Upon the death of a Mytrademartstore Member, his/her Mytrademartstore Loyalty membership account will be closed, and all outstanding Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points will expire.
10) Miscellaneous
- Settlement of disputes: Terms and conditions, set herein, shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia only. All disputes arising under the terms and conditions shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. Only in case, such negotiations are unsuccessful, the Member shall resort to legal recourse, which shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia only. All claims and disputes arising under the terms and conditions should be notified to Relev Tech within 45 working days from the event date after which no Mytrademartstore Account Member shall have any claim against Relev Tech.
- Relev Tech shall have the right to transfer, assign and sell in any manner, in whole or in part, the Program to any third party of its choice without reference or intimation to the Mytrademartstore Account Members.
- Mytrademartstore account membership enrollment and eligibility, earning Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points, claiming Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards, availability of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards and redemption are subject to the terms and conditions herein and are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Relev Tech reserves the right to terminate the Program, by giving 30 working days’ notice to all Mytrademartstore Account Members.
- Upon termination or withdrawal of the Program, all Mytrademartstore Account Members will be given 30 working days’ time within which they may use the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points in their Mytrademartstore Account Membership to request for Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards, after which the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points will be void or cancelled.
- Every Mytrademartstore account member acknowledges, represents and warrants that he/she is the sole and exclusive owner of his/her Mytrademartstore Account Membership account and the only authorized user of his/her account's credentials. Mytrademartstore account member also accepts the sole responsibility to keep his Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points, Mytrademartstore Account Membership number; password, account details confidential. Member is solely responsible for all the orders placed and other activities in the account (like profile changes, address change, etc.)
- Mytrademartstore will not ask for Mytrademartstore Account Member’s password and other details through any E-mail, Call, SMS or Social Network, etc. Please beware of spam mails and phishing calls and do not share your Mytrademartstore Account Membership details with mail id / SMS’s / any other source which appear to be coming from unauthorized source.
- Mytrademartstore customer can also delink the linked Mytrademartstore account membership number from the Mytrademartstore account.
11) Redemption terms and conditions
Definitions
- “Compliant” means any grievance, claims, issues, queries etc. raised by any Mytrademartstore Account Member in connection with a Reward or their experience in using Points Reward e-Catalogue (including for reasons including but not limited to delay in receiving the reward, goods/products and/or services, receipt of damaged/defective reward, wrong delivery, reward quality related issues, etc.
- “Order delivery TAT” means time taken to deliver Rewards to the Mytrademartstore Account Member from the date of receipt of an order from the Mytrademartstore Account Member and timelines for the same as given in the product delivery section.
- “Points” and “Rewards” shall mean such products/goods and services made available to the Mytrademartstore Account Member.
- “Reward e-Catalogue” shall mean the online catalogue wherein the Mytrademartstore Account Member shall have the option to redeem their Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points at Mytrademartstore’s website.
- "Redemption" means any activity, which results in claiming or in exchange of Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points by a Mytrademartstore Account Member for Mytrademartstore Loyalty Rewards at Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue.
- “Supplier(s), Partner(s) and Seller(s)” shall mean any independent third party responsible to manage the Rewards e-catalogue and the exchange /sale of the Rewards to Mytrademartstore Account Members.
- Availability of the Rewards which are the products/goods and/or services required for Redemption in Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue are subject to change without prior notice.
- All Rewards sent will be as per the description mentioned in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue
- Selection of Rewards offered for Redemption in Rewards e-Catalogue is and will be at the sole discretion of MYTRADEMARTSTORE is liable to change without prior notice.
- MYTRADEMARTSTORE is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Supplier(s), Partner(s), Seller(s) product/ goods or service, or if any withdrawal from this program or for any effect on or devaluation of rewards caused by such change, discontinuance, or withdrawal. Mytrademartstore Account Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any rewards or award level.
- Rewards image displayed on the Rewards e-Catalogue is merely indicative and subject to change as per availability and is not final.
- Mytrademartstore/ Supplier(s), Partner(s), Seller(s) reserves the right to refuse to process any Transactions whether by using Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points by Mytrademartstore Account Members with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Mytrademartstore Account Member or breach/violation of any law or breach of any Mytrademartstore policy.
- All Valid Credit / Debit/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Mytrademartstore Account Member and his/her respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.
- All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the Mytrademartstore Account Members. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Mytrademartstore Account Member and his/her respective Issuing Bank.
12) Warranties / Guarantee
- All warranties and guarantees on the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards Redemption are the sole responsibility of the Supplier(s), Partner(s) and Seller(s) (except in some cases where the warranty or guarantee may be from the manufacturer(s)) providing the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards. Relev Tech shall not be liable or responsible for any defect or deficiency in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards Redemption, whatsoever. All guarantees and warranties on the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards shall be transferred as is from the supplier and /or manufacturer or the Seller(s).
- Within the warranty period, the Mytrademartstore Account Member may choose to contact ‘Mytrademartstore’ for any defect or deficiency in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards Redemption. In such event, Mytrademartstore will purely act as a complaint routing agent. Mytrademartstore will not be liable or responsible for the products/goods and/or services offered through the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue and Mytrademartstore gives no warranty or representation either express or implied with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods/products and/or services acquired or their suitability for any purpose provided by the Supplier under this Program, whatsoever.
- Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards in the form of gift vouchers, coupon or product vouchers featured in the Mytrademartstore Loyalty Points Rewards e-Catalogue always carry a validity period, post which these vouchers will not be honored by the Supplier(s), Partner(s), Seller(s) or issuer of gift voucher. All gift vouchers will be subject to their respective terms and conditions. Kindly note that Gift vouchers/Coupons should be utilized within expiry dates mentioned on the voucher/coupon. Gift Vouchers/coupons will not be revalidated under any circumstances.
